The offer describes medication, provider review, pharmacy preparation, supplies and shipping as included. It also describes automatic renewal and cancellation through the patient portal. We have not completed checkout to establish the exact first charge, campaign-specific discount or refund treatment for every longer plan.
What “no membership” does—and does not—mean
A provider can have no separate membership fee while still selling a renewing treatment plan. Likewise, the right to stop a future renewal does not establish a refund for medication already dispensed or unused time on a longer purchase. The meaningful comparison is the total commitment alongside the monthly figure, not the lowest banner alone.
Before treating the annual-plan equivalent as a saving, the payment schedule and cancellation effect need to be clear. It also identifies Telegra MD and Dr Telx as provider networks. This gives readers concrete organizations to check rather than an unnamed fulfillment claim.
A listed partner is not necessarily the dispenser for an individual order. We have not independently audited the current license, accreditation or shipping permissions of every named pharmacy. The FAQ describes account-based reordering and cancellation and notification before refills are billed. The separate contact page provides support access. Those channels are useful administrative features, but we have not measured staff responsiveness or confirmed that a live clinician is immediately available at all times.
Prescription returns differ from the ordinary returns policy
The returns policy treats prescription orders as final once charged and handed to the carrier and excludes returns after dispensing. Its separate return provision for eligible non-prescription products should not be read as a GLP-1 medication money-back promise.
The policy directs customers with lost, damaged or other shipment problems to support and describes investigation before a lost order is reshipped. For a recurring plan, the important practical questions are when the next order becomes committed and what canceling changes.
