What distinguishes the support model?
The main website describes clinician follow-up, nutrition support and group sessions rather than prescription ordering alone. These may be useful service differences when comparing the total price. Availability of appointments, the plan’s included sessions and the actual response experience still matter; we have not tested them.
The program describes Quest laboratory testing as included when ordered through that pathway. Outside-laboratory charges can differ. We do not translate this into a claim that every possible test, specialist visit or medical expense is covered.

Other cards show lower starting figures of $117 and $198 with annual-plan promotions. Neither a discount code nor a monthly equivalent establishes the amount collected today, the next renewal charge or an unused-period refund. Those details must come from the selected offer. We have not confirmed which version is attached to the Vital Review referral.
A branded-medication membership is a separate comparison
The Wegovy offer advertises a $49 first-month membership with medication explicitly excluded. It then shows lower ongoing monthly equivalents tied to prepaid annual membership. That is different from an offer bundling a compounded prescription and service charges.
For a fair comparison, add the applicable medication price to a membership-only quote. Insurance assistance does not guarantee coverage, and a brand-name program should not be assumed to cost the same as a compounded program. We do not rank these different arrangements solely by their smallest headline number.

- Refund policy
Limited exceptions include qualifying medical disqualification before services, billing errors and legally required refunds. Mid-cycle fees and dispensed prescriptions are generally non-refundable under the policy.
Canceling before renewal is not the same as a refund
The subscription terms require at least 72 hours’ notice before the next billing date. They also define the start of subscription services around enrollment and submission of the medical intake. A customer should not assume that services start only when medication arrives. Refund exceptions are limited, rather than an unrestricted satisfaction guarantee.
This matters particularly for longer billing periods: canceling the next renewal does not itself undo the commitment already paid. The final offer should specify its billing interval and refund treatment before its monthly equivalent is compared with a month-to-month program.
