These are source-specific published figures, not a completed checkout quote. In particular, the introductory headlines do not establish the first quarterly charge. We have not calculated an assumed discounted quarter, confirmed the promotion through our referral route, or established a guaranteed future renewal amount.
For comparison purposes, a monthly equivalent describes how a larger purchase is presented; it does not prove that only that amount is collected each month. Similarly, a branded-medication service fee should not be placed beside a medication-inclusive bundle without adding the separately quoted drug cost. That would compare different purchases and exaggerate the apparent saving.
Coaching and clinician access perform different roles
The GLP-1 program page describes health-coach appointments alongside clinician access. It presents coaches as sources of general support and a route for getting questions to a provider. The general billing terms describe a minimum three-month subscription commitment and cancellation 30 days before the next processing date after that commitment. The separate refund page describes cancellation at any time for the insurance-backed GLP-1 subscription, while excluding refunds of fees already paid.
Those statements address different scopes. We would not silently apply the insurance-backed rule to a compounded quarterly order. Before relying on cancellation flexibility, the useful clarification is which document governs the chosen program, its final notice date, and whether cancellation changes only future renewal or also an existing payment obligation. This is a documentation issue, not an allegation that a cancellation request will be mishandled.
