What this Fella Health review covers
Fella Health markets a remote weight-management program for men, combining clinician access, prescription coordination and lifestyle coaching. This review covers its GLP-1 service rather than testosterone or other longevity products. Public documents were checked on September 17, 2026. We did not enroll, test support responsiveness or purchase medication; the assessment concerns published service processes and commercial terms.

Annual pricing and branded access are not the same offer
A public Fella campaign page displays the following offers. These are advertised terms from that page, not confirmation that the same promotion applies to our affiliate link or to every applicant.
| Campaign option | Advertised amount | Billing and inclusion |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide program | From $99/month equivalent | Annual payment; monthly delivery advertised. |
| Compounded tirzepatide program | From $199/month equivalent | Annual payment; monthly delivery advertised. |
| Branded Zepbound access through LillyDirect | From $149/month for the service | Month-to-month description; medication is purchased separately. |
The first two cards describe medication-inclusive programs. The branded card explicitly excludes the drug charge. A low monthly equivalent should not be compared with a one-month purchase without recording the upfront amount and commitment. We have not verified the final annual invoice, first charge or future renewal price.
The homepage also displays prices for non-GLP-1 services. Those figures are not used as the starting cost of weight-loss treatment. Similarly, a program fee for branded access is not evidence that an identical price includes branded medication.
Medications & fulfillment
- Medications
- Compounded semaglutide: advertised
- Compounded tirzepatide: advertised
- Zepbound: branded pathway with separate pharmacy payment
- Pharmacy / fulfillment model
FAQ names Strive Pharmacy and Red Rock Home Pharmacy. Order-specific assignment, licenses and product testing were not independently audited.
- Shipping / fulfillment
Medication is dispensed by a pharmacy; the campaign describes monthly delivery under annual plans.
- Shipping cost
Homepage describes home delivery without extra costs for its bundled program; confirm separately paid pharmacy arrangements.
- Shipping time
Delivery follows approval and pharmacy processing; no universal end-to-end guarantee verified.
Clinicians, coaches and pharmacies have different roles
The official FAQ identifies Strive Pharmacy and Red Rock Home Pharmacy and describes one-to-one video coaching every two weeks. Identifying those organizations provides a starting point for verification, not proof of which pharmacy will dispense an individual order or a completed license audit. Our pharmacy-verification guide explains the records to examine once the dispenser is known.
The treatment overview describes clinician assessment and laboratory coordination. Coaching adds lifestyle support but should not be confused with the prescriber’s decision-making role. Neither a coaching schedule nor an advertised response window establishes measured quality of care.
The campaign itself discloses that compounded products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. We do not treat those products as FDA-approved generics or transfer branded-drug study results to a particular compounded prescription. Listing products in a pricing table is not a recommendation to choose a medication.

Membership terms specify 30 days' written termination notice and automatic renewal. Payment-authorization revocation is a separate provision.
- Refund policy
Conditional GLP-1 guarantee distinguishes bundled-program refunds from separately paid branded medication. See full eligibility and claim-window terms.
Check the notice period, not just the renewal date
The membership agreement describes automatic renewal and 30 days’ written notice to terminate. It separately discusses revoking payment authorization at least five days before a charge. These are different provisions: stopping a payment authorization does not by itself establish that all contractual obligations disappear. The selected plan’s cancellation procedure needs to be understood before prepayment.
The guarantee has conditions and a branded-drug exclusion
The six-month guarantee applies to qualifying GLP-1 participants, with participation, logging, outcome and claim-window requirements. Requests are made during days 181–210. Its refund scope differs by plan: medication included in a compounded bundle falls within the described program refund, while separately purchased branded medication does not.
That distinction matters more than the headline promise. A reader comparing two programs needs to know which party received each payment and which charges a refund would cover. The guarantee is not evidence that every customer can exit an annual commitment with all spending reimbursed.
Pros
- Coaching frequency and clinical roles are described
- Potential pharmacies are named
- Campaign distinguishes bundled and branded-service pricing
Cons
- Lowest campaign amounts require annual payment
- Thirty-day termination notice requires advance planning
- Guarantee has substantial conditions and excludes separately purchased branded medication
Our editorial assessment
Fella’s documentation gives useful detail about coaching, clinical responsibilities and possible pharmacy partners. The main commercial qualifications are annual prepayment, program-specific medication inclusion and cancellation notice. Its rating follows our six-criterion methodology and evaluates documentation and transparency, not treatment effectiveness, safety or a customer-review average. The verification date records a source check rather than a test purchase or clinical audit.
