The figures below come from Direct Meds’ own pricing articles. They describe advertised products and supply periods, not a recommendation to choose a medication or formulation. A campaign discount, prepaid plan or revised checkout may have different terms; the price actually attached to our referral pathway has not been independently confirmed.

The mislabeled injectable-tirzepatide article is a documentation inconsistency, not a reason to silently treat its figure as a confirmed quote. The support articles describe pricing independent of dose or strength, but the selected offer’s renewal amount and exceptions still need checking.
A three-payment purchase is not necessarily three separate monthly orders
The injectable-semaglutide article describes a 90-day starter supply costing $891, paid as three $297 installments, with all three bottles shipped together. That structure matters for cancellation: spreading payments does not establish that a customer can cancel the remaining installments after the full supply has been dispensed. We have not verified the applicable financing or payment obligation in checkout.
Our cost-comparison approach is to record both the total purchase commitment and the payment schedule. Otherwise a prepaid or installment purchase can appear directly comparable to a cancelable one-month order when its financial consequences are different.
No membership fee does not settle the automatic-refill question
The weight-loss sales page uses no-subscriptions wording in its pricing FAQ. In contrast, the official orders and subscriptions help section says active subscriptions process approximately every 28 days and describes how to hold or cancel them. The reviewed pages therefore do not support a blanket statement that every purchase is non-recurring.
A 28-day processing interval and a 30-day supply description are also not the same thing. Before annualizing a price, the missing information is whether the particular plan renews, the next charge date, the shipment schedule and whether advance processing accounts for delivery time. We have not assumed an annual number of charges from these mixed descriptions.

Cancellation can close before a package ships
The specific order-cancellation article says an order must not yet have been submitted to the pharmacy for shipping. That is an earlier operational stage than simply not having a tracking number. An eligible paid cancellation is described as refunded to the original payment method within three to five business days.
The separate refund article excludes refunds for shipped orders and does not accept medication returns. Other requests are evaluated individually.
