This review covers Live Enhanced’s weight-management service

Enhanced’s website includes sports, merchandise and consumer telehealth activities. This review evaluates only the weight-management offering: its published GLP-1 prices, clinical access and purchase conditions. Athlete performance, event publicity and unrelated products are not evidence of the quality of this service.

We checked public sources on September 17, 2026. No enrollment, consultation, test purchase or medication testing was performed. Retrieved product-page prices are references rather than a verified quote from the Vital Review affiliate pathway.

Service model & eligibility

Business model

Consumer health platform providing access to independent clinical services and product-specific supply plans.

Services
  • Online health questionnaire
  • Independent clinician review
  • Prescription coordination
  • Clinician follow-ups
  • Telehealth account support
Advertised conditions / use cases
  • Weight management
Programs / services
  • Consumer GLP-1 weight-management programs
Care / service model

A health questionnaire and clinician review precede prescribing. Medical care is delivered by independent providers rather than Enhanced itself.

Consultation method

Online intake and clinician review with follow-ups; the exact live-visit or messaging format depends on the clinical pathway.

Eligibility / exclusions

The terms require age 18 or older and limit telehealth to U.S. residents; serviced-state and clinical restrictions apply.

Lab testing

Product pages describe review of bloodwork and medical history. They do not establish a universal test panel or that every laboratory charge is included.

Pricing & payment

Starting price

Published semaglutide: $249 for a one-month selection.

Consultation fee

Reviewed product pages describe medication, clinician access and follow-ups as included.

Membership / subscription price

No separate membership amount was established for the reviewed selections; automatic-renewal terms remain unverified.

Medication pricing

Semaglutide page lists $249/month for one month, $199/month equivalent for three months and $179/month equivalent for six months. Tirzepatide page states from $129/month without a fully established term. Actual checkout and renewal conditions were not confirmed.

Insurance

Published prices are purchase references; insurance billing or reimbursement for the selected program was not independently confirmed.

HSA / FSA

Acceptance and expense eligibility were not independently confirmed.

Payment methods
  • Direct-pay product selections; final payment and recurring authorization depend on checkout

Published prices identify supply lengths, not every billing condition

Sources: the official semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages. These describe medication, clinician access and follow-ups as included. The table does not establish that every selection has the same formulation, dose coverage, payment schedule or cancellation rights.

For a valid comparison, record the amount due now, term purchased, delivery charges and any future billing authorization. A three-month supply advertised with a monthly equivalent is not automatically three independently cancelable monthly orders. The reviewed evidence did not establish whether every GLP-1 purchase renews automatically.

Medications & fulfillment

Medications
  • Semaglutide: listed prescription program with compounding disclosures
  • Tirzepatide: listed prescription program with compounding disclosures
Pharmacy / fulfillment model

Terms refer to the clinical platform's partner pharmacies. The assigned dispenser, current licensing and batch evidence were not independently audited.

Shipping / fulfillment

Prescription fulfillment follows clinical approval; product images do not establish the identity of the actual dispenser.

Shipping cost

General terms make delivery charges checkout-dependent; no universal free-shipping promise is assumed.

Shipping time

No program-specific end-to-end delivery guarantee was independently established.

The clinical provider is not Enhanced itself

The terms of service identify Enhanced US LLC and say Enhanced does not provide medical care. They describe access through OpenLoop, Beluga Health or another telehealth provider and direct users to that provider’s terms for serviced states and pharmacy arrangements.

This separation matters when checking credentials, asking a clinical question or resolving a prescription issue. We did not establish the pharmacy assigned to a particular order or independently audit its licensing. A general reference to pharmacy standards does not substitute for the dispenser’s identity.

The FDA distinguishes compounded drugs from approved medicines. This review does not use sports results, testimonials or studies of branded products to certify the effectiveness or quality of a compounded prescription. FDA source.

Support & policies

Customer support

Clinician check-ins are described; a separate telehealth account and account-support email are available.

Support channels
  • action@enhanced.com for telehealth account inquiries
  • Telehealth account at care.enhanced.com
Cancellation policy

Exact GLP-1 cancellation cutoffs and renewal authorization were not established; the clinical-platform agreement and selected checkout need review.

Refund policy

Semaglutide product page advertises a refund after clinical ineligibility. Post-dispensing and unused multi-month refunds were not established.

Clinical-ineligibility refunds are not an unlimited return promise

The semaglutide page advertises a full refund when a licensed clinician determines the treatment is not appropriate. That specific exception does not establish refund rights after dispensing or for unused portions of a longer purchase. Nor should generic merchandise-return language be applied automatically to a prescription program.

The website provides a separate telehealth account and the address action@enhanced.com for account inquiries. The applicable medical-provider agreement and the selected checkout remain the sources needed for exact renewal, order-cancellation and refund deadlines.

Pros

  • Product pages identify supply lengths and care inclusions
  • Terms distinguish the platform from clinical services
  • An account-specific contact route is published

Cons

  • A starting price does not establish every payment condition
  • Complete GLP-1 cancellation and unused-period refund terms remain unverified
  • No independent pharmacy, support-performance or product-quality audit was completed

Our assessment

Enhanced provides useful product-level price references and clearly separates its platform from medical care. Its GLP-1 service is therefore relevant to provider research, but it should be assessed on those operational facts rather than its wider brand publicity. The main unresolved points are payment authorization, program-specific cancellation and the assigned pharmacy.

Our six-criterion editorial rating assesses documented processes and transparency, not clinical safety, treatment effectiveness or a customer-review average. An unverified field is not proof that a service or license is absent.

Editorial rating

Calculated from six fixed weighted editorial criteria. How we rate providers

3.3/5
Clinical process & safeguards 25% weight

The product process describes health-history review, clinical discretion and follow-up, while terms identify separate clinical platforms. This is not an individual credential or outcome audit.

3.5/5 3.5
Pricing & transparency 20% weight

Supply lengths and included components are visible on product pages. Full collection, renewal and delivery charges still need a plan-specific quote before comparing total costs.

3.5/5 3.5
Access & convenience 15% weight

Online assessment and a dedicated telehealth account are documented. Access is restricted to eligible U.S. locations and clinical approval.

3.5/5 3.5
Ongoing support 15% weight

Follow-ups and an account-inquiry route are published. No universal clinical-response window or independent support test was established.

3.0/5 3
Medication & fulfillment transparency 15% weight

Clinical-platform and pharmacy responsibilities are distinguished, with compounding disclosures. The assigned dispenser and its credentials remain separate checks.

3.0/5 3
Policies & trust 10% weight

A named operator and clinical-ineligibility refund statement provide useful documentation. Program-specific cancellation and unused-period refund rights remain unverified; this is not evidence of misconduct.
