Measured review summary
Measured distinguishes medication-inclusive compounded offers from branded-prescription memberships. Its named clinical entities and care-team model are useful, while offer-specific pricing, separate dietitian billing and the February 2026 FDA marketing warning require context.

What this Measured review covers
Measured connects patients with independent clinical practices and pharmacies through an online platform. This review focuses on its weight-management service, not its entire longevity catalog. We checked public sources on September 17, 2026; we did not enroll, complete a consultation or test medication. The useful comparison is the full service commitment: what the advertised amount includes, which costs are separate and what happens after cancellation.

The $49 headline is not an all-in GLP-1 price
Measured’s service overview separates branded-prescription memberships from medication-inclusive compounded programs. Comparing the two headline amounts without their inclusions would be misleading.
| Published option | Advertised starting amount | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Branded GLP-1 access | From $49/month | Medication is paid separately; product and insurance conditions apply. |
| Compounded semaglutide | From $119/month | The service overview labels medication as included. |
| Compounded tirzepatide | From $219/month on the service overview | The medications-page version retrieved showed $229/month instead; confirm the applicable offer. |
These are source-specific advertised amounts, not a completed checkout quote. The medications page and service overview did not produce identical tirzepatide figures in the retrieved versions. This may reflect an offer or update difference; it does not establish hidden billing. The selected term, upfront collection and subsequent renewal price still need to be matched to the actual enrollment.
A lower-priced microdose listing is a separate program and is not used here as the price of a standard weight-management plan. A useful comparison records the product, program and billing period together, rather than simply choosing the smallest number on the website.
Care-team messaging and dietitian appointments are different benefits
The service overview describes ongoing provider messaging and nutrition resources. Separately, Measured’s nutrition-billing explanation describes insurance-billed dietitian care. Insurance eligibility and cost sharing matter: access to a care team should not be read as unlimited, universally free dietitian appointments. The consent document also distinguishes medical providers from non-prescribing coaches.
Medications & fulfillment
- Medications
- Compounded semaglutide
- Compounded tirzepatide
- Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro: listed branded pathways, subject to eligibility
- Pharmacy / fulfillment model
Independent pharmacies fulfill prescriptions. The dispenser for a particular order and its current licensing were not independently audited.
- Shipping / fulfillment
Direct delivery and insurance-based pharmacy arrangements depend on the chosen program.
- Shipping cost
Free delivery advertised for most medications; confirm the selected pharmacy pathway.
- Shipping time
Two-day delivery is advertised for most medications after processing, not a guaranteed intake-to-arrival time.
FDA warning: what the record establishes
On February 20, 2026, the FDA issued a warning letter to Better Health Labs, Inc. dba Measured following review of December 2025 website content. It identified misleading compounded-drug labeling and marketing, including imagery implying Measured was the compounder and claims implying FDA evaluation or approval.
The letter is a marketing and misbranding finding, not proof that a particular prescription was contaminated or that the business was shut down. We have not established the subsequent resolution. Compounded products are not FDA-approved; brand-name trial results should not be presented as a test of a Measured compounded preparation. The actual dispensing pharmacy remains an order-specific verification step.
Support & policies
- Customer support
Care-team messaging and nutrition resources are described; insured dietitian sessions can have separate cost sharing.
- Support channels
- careteam@trymeasured.com
- Patient portal and care-team messaging
- Cancellation policy
Cancel through the patient portal or care team before renewal; effective at the paid term's end.
- Refund policy
Standard terms restrict refunds after clinical review or shipment. The separate conditional six-month guarantee has a days 181–210 claim window.
Cancellation and the six-month guarantee
Under the published terms, cancellation ends access after the paid term rather than refunding its unused balance. The separate six-month guarantee has participation, logging and outcome conditions, and a claim window of days 181–210. It is not an unconditional trial refund.
For budgeting, keep three decisions separate: stopping the next renewal, seeking a refund for an existing charge and qualifying for the guarantee. A promotional price is also not a promise about later billing. Save the chosen plan’s total and conditions before paying; the public starting amount alone cannot settle those questions.
Pros
- Branded and compounded cost structures are distinguished
- Clinical entities and consent documents are identifiable
- Ongoing messaging and nutrition resources are described
Cons
- Retrieved tirzepatide starting prices require offer-level confirmation
- Dietitian appointments can create separate insurance cost sharing
- The FDA issued a compounded-drug marketing warning; later resolution was not established
Our editorial assessment
Measured provides useful distinctions between care fees and prescriptions, with named clinical entities and ongoing support. The remaining comparison limits are the exact selected offer, pharmacy assignment and separate nutrition charges. Our six-criterion rating evaluates documented processes and transparency, not medical safety, clinical effectiveness or customer satisfaction. A research gap is not evidence that a service or license is absent. See the rating methodology.
