The dedicated pharmacy-partner page identifies PerfectRx LLC in Bartonville, Texas. The Terms & Conditions list a broader group: PerfectRx, Hallandale Pharmacy, Greenwich Pharmacy, VialsRx and The Pharmacy Hub. Accordingly, we record the named possibilities rather than asserting that PerfectRx dispenses every order.
That disclosure gives a customer entities to check, but it is not our verification of an individual pharmacy’s current license, accreditation or authority to ship a particular prescription.
