We originally examined its public GLP-1 offer and policies on September 17, 2026, and rechecked the plan pages, pharmacy disclosures, and subscription terms on October 21, 2026. How Refills works: clinical review versus platform services
Refills Health LLC operates the intake, billing and administrative platform, but its Terms of Service say independent professional entities and licensed clinicians make diagnosis and prescribing decisions. The patient journey is not a standard online drug-store checkout. It begins with a health-history assessment, proceeds to a clinician’s eligibility and prescription decision, and only then moves to dispensing by an authorized pharmacy. Completing intake or paying for a program does not guarantee a specific compounded GLP-1 prescription.
- Intake and eligibility: users submit medical history and treatment goals. State, age, medicine and clinical suitability affect availability.
- Provider review: an independent clinician may approve, request additional details or testing, change the proposed plan, or decline a prescription.
- Refills and follow-up: the official FAQ describes account reminders, some clinician follow-up without a fresh visit each month and adjustments when symptoms or health details change.

The public marketing claim that a product is “personalized” is not independent proof of improved outcomes. Compounded medicines have not received FDA approval as finished drugs, and branded-drug trial results cannot automatically be transferred to a particular compounded formulation. They are not proof that this amount is collected all at once, that a particular customer qualifies, or that the plan automatically renews at the same rate. The selected checkout must separately disclose the initial charge, payment cadence, minimum commitment, later renewal price and what happens if treatment is stopped before the stated term ends.
These official screenshots show what Refills displayed on October 21, 2026; they are not documentation of an actual patient order. The provider says its listed program rate includes intake, clinician review, medication and shipping with no separate membership fee. That statement concerns these specific campaign offers, not every product sold on refills.com.
Why other Refills advertisements show different numbers
The main personalized GLP-1 injection page quotes an “as low as $5/day” entry rate without identifying a universally applicable 30-day checkout total. Other publicly available Refills promotional pages have advertised $99 for a semaglutide first month followed by $399/month, or $199 for a tirzepatide first month followed by $449/month. Those are different offers from the longer-term prices above, and may not remain available. A reader should never assume that the cheapest figure from one landing page applies to every subscription or that a discount automatically continues at renewal.
For the fairest comparison, save the exact landing-page URL and final checkout quote, then verify whether “flat dose pricing” means only the dose remains at the same rate within the chosen plan or that the payment itself will never change. Neither claim should substitute for the actual charge schedule.
The flat-price offer needs an offer-specific reading
The flat-pricing campaign supplied for this review advertises semaglutide from $99 per month and tirzepatide from $159 per month. It describes a flat price across doses and no separate membership fee. These are advertised campaign figures, not a completed checkout quote or a verified renewal charge for the Vital Review referral.
The main site’s personalized GLP-1 injection page uses a different starting-price presentation: $5 per day. We do not convert that into a guaranteed monthly bill or combine it with the campaign discount. The two pages need to be read with their own plan conditions.
Our comparison separates three questions: the first payment, the renewal payment and the amount of medication or service time covered. A promise that prices do not rise with dose does not establish that a seasonal introductory discount continues indefinitely. The campaign still carries seasonal sale wording, so its availability should be confirmed before using it as a current lowest-price benchmark.

Refills’s live pharmacy-partner page now lists PerfectRx LLC at 1911 Jeter Road, Bartonville, Texas, and Hallandale Pharmacy, identified on that page as Pharmcore, Inc. d/b/a Hallandale Pharmacy, at 2666 SW 36th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The broader Terms also identify Greenwich Pharmacy, VialsRx and The Pharmacy Hub as possible dispensing entities. The broader legal list should not be interpreted as proof that all five pharmacies handle every Refills program or state.
Before ordering, ask which exact legal pharmacy will fill the prescription, where it operates, whether it is licensed to dispense into the patient’s state and who supplies proof of formulation or batch testing. Pharmacy names and website claims provide useful starting points, but Vital Review has not independently inspected state license records, pharmacy facilities, shipments or batch certificates.
Refills says customers may request a certificate of analysis for personalized injections. The availability of a certificate is not equivalent to FDA approval or to proving that the medication is clinically interchangeable with a branded prescription.
Which pharmacy does Refills use?
The live pharmacy-partner page now identifies both PerfectRx LLC in Bartonville, Texas, and Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Terms & Conditions list a broader group: PerfectRx, Hallandale Pharmacy, Greenwich Pharmacy, VialsRx and The Pharmacy Hub. Accordingly, we record the named possibilities rather than asserting that PerfectRx dispenses every order.
That disclosure gives a customer entities to check, but it is not our verification of an individual pharmacy’s current license, accreditation or authority to ship a particular prescription. How to cancel a Refills subscription before the next payment
The Refills FAQ says subscribers can pause, skip or cancel through the account dashboard without a general cancellation penalty. However, the provider’s June 2, 2026 Terms specify that a monthly subscription must be canceled up to 72 hours before its processing date if the customer wants to stop the next charge. “Cancel anytime” should therefore be understood as a right to request cancellation, not a guarantee that an order already processing can be reversed.
- Sign in through the official patient account and identify the renewal or order-processing date for the selected plan.
- If discontinuing, submit the pause/cancellation request well ahead of the 72-hour processing deadline and retain the confirmation.
- Check separately whether a prescription has already been transmitted to the pharmacy or shipped. Refills’s return policy does not generally allow an ordinary return after the medicine has been dispensed and handed to a carrier.
- For a billing, lost-shipment or damaged-order dispute, use the company’s published support route (888-458-5061) and retain the invoice, tracking number and correspondence.
Some offers display three-, six- or twelve-month plans, while the FAQ refers broadly to cancel-anytime subscriptions. We did not find a single publicly verifiable cancellation/refund schedule covering every term option. Customers considering a multi-month discount should check in writing whether remaining payments, unused months or partial shipments are refundable before enrolling.
Independent customer feedback: where the patterns differ
The independent Refills Trustpilot profile includes positive reports about helpful telephone support, the intake process and discounts, alongside critical accounts alleging delays, difficulty managing billing or cancellations, or slow communication about shipments. These are individual, self-selected reports; they do not establish the rate of problems or independently verify medication safety, pharmacy quality or treatment results. The company’s separate on-site testimonials are promotional examples and should not be treated as a representative outcome study.
Cancellation and delivery have different clocks
The terms set a cancellation cutoff of 72 hours before monthly processing. The returns page separately limits changes once an order has been submitted to the pharmacy and treats prescription orders as final once charged and with the carrier. Stopping future renewal is therefore different from recovering payment for an order already underway.
The main FAQ describes most shipments arriving in three to five business days after approval and pharmacy processing. That is more specific than a headline about express delivery: it is not an intake-to-arrival guarantee. We keep approval, processing and transport separate rather than presenting a shipping claim as the whole enrollment timeline.

Refills GLP-1 FAQs: four checks before you order
The October 2026 semaglutide and tirzepatide campaign pages state that medication, clinician review and shipping are included without a separate membership fee. That does not mean the program is free apart from medication; the total plan price covers the combined services. Verify the checkout breakdown for the selected product.
Not on the campaign page checked for this review. The $99 monthly equivalent is displayed with the 12-month plan; the same page shows a separate $199 30-day promotion. Other Refills landing pages can have different initial and ongoing prices.
The current provider pharmacy page lists PerfectRx and Hallandale, while the Terms include additional possible entities. The assigned pharmacy depends on the prescription and order, so confirm the dispenser with Refills rather than assuming a particular pharmacy from the marketing site.
Do not rely on the shipping date alone. The Terms set a 72-hour window before monthly processing, and the returns policy separately restricts reversal once the order has reached pharmacy and carrier stages. A cancellation affecting future renewals is not automatically a refund of a processed prescription.
