Price data checked September 17, 2026. There is no single “cheapest GLP-1 online” price that is fair for every shopper. A first-month promotion, a 12-month prepaid equivalent, a microdose program, an FDA-approved brand and a month-to-month compounded program are different products and payment commitments. This guide separates them instead of naming one universal winner from the lowest headline number.
Cheapest GLP-1 prices we verified at a glance
| Price scenario | Lowest figure we verified | Provider / option | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Introductory compounded semaglutide | $88 first month | LevelsRx | Verified at checkout on September 17, 2026. Current ongoing semaglutide pricing is listed from $150/month. |
| Standard month-to-month compounded semaglutide | From $150/month | LevelsRx | Month-to-month program; confirm the current checkout amount for the selected treatment pathway. |
| One-month semaglutide plan with an explicit single-month total | $159 | bmiMD | Provider visit and shipping are listed as included. Lower equivalents require prepaid plans. |
| Lowest semaglutide monthly equivalent in our reviewed annual plans | From $99/month equivalent | Fella Health | Paid annually and delivered monthly. This is not the same as a cancelable $99 month-to-month plan. |
| Bundled monthly GLP-1 program | $199/month | HumeCare | Reviewed offer says medication is included if prescribed, plus clinician care, coaching and program access. It is a microdose-oriented pathway and is not directly comparable with every standard-dose plan. |
| Standard month-to-month compounded tirzepatide | From $240/month | LevelsRx | Current listed starting price; confirm the active checkout amount and prescribed pathway. |
| One-month tirzepatide plan with an explicit single-month total | $249 | bmiMD | Lower monthly equivalents require longer prepaid commitments. |
| Lowest tirzepatide monthly equivalent in our reviewed annual plans | $179/month equivalent | bmiMD | Requires a 12-month prepaid plan totaling $2,148; unused prepaid time has restricted refund treatment. |
| FDA-approved Wegovy self-pay | From $149/month | Wegovy pill through NovoCare | Applies to the 1.5 mg pill. Other doses and injection formats have different prices and eligibility terms. |
| FDA-approved Zepbound self-pay | From $299/month | Zepbound 2.5 mg through LillyDirect | Starting dose; higher doses cost more and some prices require refill within 45 days. |

Lowest month-to-month semaglutide prices
If the goal is to avoid a large annual prepayment, the most useful comparison is the normal month-to-month or one-month price rather than the lowest annual-plan equivalent.
| Provider | Current semaglutide reference | Payment structure | What is included / what to verify |
|---|---|---|---|
| LevelsRx | $88 first month verified at checkout; from $150/month listed ongoing | Month-to-month | Clinical care, nutrition support and delivery are bundled in the program. The $88 price is introductory, not the listed ongoing rate. Check provider |
| bmiMD | $159 for one month | One-month plan | Provider visit and shipping are listed as included. Check provider |
| HumeCare | $199/month | Billed monthly | Medication is included when prescribed, along with ongoing care and coaching. The current offer is a microdose-oriented GLP-1 program, so it should not be treated as identical to every semaglutide plan. Check provider |
| BetterMe Rx | $205/month | One-month injectable semaglutide plan | Medication, provider review, compounding, supplies and free shipping are listed as included. Check provider |
| Fridays | $249/month | Month-to-month | The compounded program lists medication, provider visits, coaching, supplies and shipping as included. Check provider |

Lowest long-term semaglutide prices
Some of the lowest advertised monthly figures require a longer commitment. The price can be attractive, but a monthly equivalent should not be presented as if the customer can pay one month at a time and cancel freely.
| Provider | Lower monthly equivalent | Commitment | Key qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fella Health | From $99/month | Paid annually, delivered monthly | Medication and program services are advertised as bundled. The annual payment commitment matters when comparing cancellation flexibility. |
| bmiMD | $119/month equivalent | 12-month prepaid semaglutide plan, $1,428 total | Unused prepaid periods are generally restricted once fulfillment begins. |
| BetterMe Rx | From $145/month equivalent | 12-month semaglutide plan | The one-month injectable price is $205, so the lower figure reflects a longer commitment. |
| Fridays | $150/month equivalent | Annual plan | The month-to-month compounded semaglutide price is $249. |
| Maximus Tribe | $150/month equivalent | 12-month plan | Lower pricing comes with a longer commitment and more restrictive early-exit terms. |
Lowest month-to-month tirzepatide prices
| Provider | Current tirzepatide reference | Payment structure | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| LevelsRx | From $240/month | Month-to-month | Current listed starting price. Confirm the active checkout amount and treatment pathway. Check provider |
| bmiMD | $249 | One-month plan | Provider visit and shipping are listed as included. Check provider |
| BetterMe Rx | $275/month | One-month injectable tirzepatide plan | Current provider page lists medication, review, supplies and shipping as included. Check provider |
| Lttl | $279/month reference | Monthly option | Retrieved price presentations have varied; verify the active checkout offer. Check provider |
| Fridays | $359/month | Month-to-month | Annual-plan equivalents are lower. Check provider |

Low GLP-1 offers we do not treat as a universal “cheapest” price
We found several lower headline prices that need more context before they can be compared with a normal month-to-month program:
- Fella Health from $99/month: the public campaign says this is paid annually and delivered monthly.
- Refills from $99/month semaglutide: we found a campaign price, but did not establish it as a universal ongoing renewal quote.
- Measured from $119/month semaglutide: published starting price; the applicable commitment and renewal terms are offer-specific.
- Enhanced tirzepatide starting at $129/month: a separate provider pathway listed materially different pricing, so we do not treat $129 as a universal standard monthly tirzepatide price without checkout-level qualification.
- Microdose programs: these can have a lower price but are not automatically comparable with standard-dose programs.
What is the cheapest FDA-approved GLP-1 self-pay option?
Manufacturer programs are a separate category from compounded telehealth bundles. Novo Nordisk currently lists the Wegovy pill starting at $149/month for the 1.5 mg strength, while other pill doses and injection formats cost more. LillyDirect currently lists Zepbound 2.5 mg starting at $299/month, 5 mg at $399/month, and higher doses from $449/month when qualifying refill conditions are met.
These are medication self-pay prices, not necessarily all-inclusive telehealth-program prices. See the current NovoCare Wegovy pricing and LillyDirect Zepbound pricing for eligibility and dose-specific terms.
How to compare a cheap GLP-1 offer fairly
- Check the first charge: is the headline price really what you pay today?
- Check the renewal price: a strong first-month discount can become a much higher recurring rate.
- Check the commitment: divide a prepaid total by the number of months, but do not confuse that with month-to-month billing.
- Check what is included: medication, clinician review, follow-ups, supplies, shipping, labs and coaching can be bundled or billed separately.
- Check the formulation: standard-dose, microdose, oral and injectable programs are not interchangeable price categories.
- Check dose pricing: some programs charge more as the prescribed dose increases; others advertise flat pricing.
- Check cancellation and refunds: prepaid plans can have much less flexibility than monthly programs.
- Check pharmacy transparency: verify that a prescription is required and that fulfillment is through a legitimate pharmacy.
Cheap compounded GLP-1s and FDA approval are different questions
Many of the lower online prices above refer to compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, meaning FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. FDA says compounded drugs should be used when a patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug and advises patients to use a prescription from a licensed clinician and a state-licensed pharmacy.
FDA also clarified GLP-1 compounding rules in April 2026 as national supply stabilized. Price alone should therefore not be used as evidence that a compounded product is equivalent to Wegovy, Zepbound or another approved brand. See FDA’s current GLP-1 compounding concerns and April 2026 compounding update.
How Vital Review determines the lowest price
We compare provider pricing pages, plan terms, cancellation rules, pharmacy disclosures and checkout data when available. We record introductory prices separately from ongoing prices, and we do not present an annual-plan monthly equivalent as if it were a cancel-anytime monthly payment. The LevelsRx $88 first-month semaglutide price, for example, was directly observed at checkout on September 17, 2026, while its public ongoing semaglutide pricing is listed from $150/month.

Cheapest GLP-1 online FAQs
What is the cheapest GLP-1 online right now?
It depends on the price category. In our September 17, 2026 research, the lowest checkout-verified introductory semaglutide price was $88 for the first month at LevelsRx. For normal ongoing month-to-month compounded semaglutide, LevelsRx lists pricing from $150/month, while bmiMD lists a $159 one-month plan. Longer prepaid plans can show lower monthly equivalents, including Fella Health from $99/month when paid annually.
What is the cheapest tirzepatide price we verified?
For standard month-to-month compounded tirzepatide in our current dataset, LevelsRx lists pricing from $240/month and bmiMD lists a $249 one-month plan. Lower monthly equivalents exist on longer commitments, including bmiMD at $179/month equivalent on a prepaid 12-month plan.
Is a $99 GLP-1 plan really $99 per month?
Sometimes, but the billing structure matters. Fella Health’s $99 compounded semaglutide figure is advertised as paid annually and delivered monthly. Other $99 campaigns may be introductory or offer-specific. Always verify the amount charged today, the renewal price and the cancellation terms.
Is the cheapest compounded GLP-1 the same as the cheapest FDA-approved GLP-1?
No. Compounded and FDA-approved products are separate categories. Current manufacturer self-pay pricing starts at $149/month for the 1.5 mg Wegovy pill and $299/month for the Zepbound 2.5 mg starting dose, subject to program terms. Compounded programs can have lower or different prices but are not FDA-approved products.
